Directions to our Office

Proceed West on I-20 to the “Highway 5 Douglasville” exit (#34). Get in the right-hand lane on the exit ramp, then turn right onto Highway 5. Stay in the right-hand lane for just a few feet, then get in the right-turn lane as you approach the first traffic light. You will turn right at this light. (There is a Racetrac on the right corner.) Once you turn right, (you will be on the entrance road to Sam’s and Super-WalMart), immediately get in the left-turn lane. (There are two parking lots for the medical building—one in front and one in back. You may park in either one.) Turn left at either the first or second parking lot entrance. Once inside the building, look for Suite G.

From Carrollton or Villa Rica

Proceed East on I-20 to the “Highway 5, Douglasville” exit (#34). Get in the left-turn lane at the top of the ramp, then turn left onto Highway 5. Get into the right-hand lane as you cross over the bridge. Once you have crossed the bridge, and the traffic light on the far end of it, get in the right-turn lane as you approach the next traffic light. You will turn right at this light. (There is a Racetrac on the right corner.) Once you turn right, (you will be on the entrance road to Sam’s and Super-WalMart), immediately get in the left-turn lane. (There are two parking lots for the medical building—one in front and one in back. You may park in either one.) Turn left at either the first or second parking lot entrance. From Paulding County or Hiram

Proceed South on Highway 92. Once you cross over the railroad tracks coming into “downtown” Douglasville, turn right onto Bankhead Highway. Go to the first light, then turn left onto Rose Avenue. Proceed South on Rose Avenue. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Highway 5. Go to the first light. Turn left into the Sam’s and Super-WalMart entrance road. Get in the left-turn lane immediately. (There are two parking lots for the medical building—one in front and one in back. You may park in either one.) Turn left at either the first or second parking lot entrance. Once inside the building, look for Suite G.

Proceed North on Highway 5. As you approach I-20, get into the right lane. Cross the bridge over I-20. Get into the right-turn lane as you approach the next traffic light. You will turn right at this light. (There is a Racetrac on the right corner.)
