Biographical Data

Vance W. Boddy, MD, is a native of Douglasville. He graduated with honors from Southern Adventist University, then the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama (UAB). He graduated from specialty residency training in Florence, SC, in the McLeod Regional Family Practice program.

Dr. Boddy is a member in good standing in the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP), the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), the Cobb County Medical Society (CCMS), and the Medical Association of Georgia (MAG).

Dr. Boddy is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.

Dr. Boddy has two beautiful children, one boy and one girl.

Dr. Boddy's interests include long distance walking holidays, cycling Rails to Trails, logic, rhetoric, epistemology, pharology, ferroequinology, and history of all kinds, with emphasis on church, science, & military history from the Renaissance and Reformation onward.
